While we can’t be responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses, we’ll do our best to make sure everything gets to you safely! All orders are fully tracked, just refer to the email we send you, so you can easily follow your package’s journey to you!
2. Refunds & Returns Policy: Once an order is placed, we begin handcrafting it immediately. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept any type of returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Missed deliveries: If a delivery attempt is missed, the shipping carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup. Customers are responsible for ensuring receipt of the package or sign the package upon delivery.
4. International orders: The purchaser is responsible for any import fees, international tax and duties import.
